I was dreading this. Adding our daughter Olivia to our Saratoga contract turned out to be the easiest thing we've done all year. Filled out the form Tuesday, deed in our inbox Friday. The team even caught a typo in our original deed during their attorney review.
Our family lawyer quoted us $850 to update the deed after my wife passed. EZ DVC handled the document prep for $349 including the county filing. We got the recorded copy back in 9 days. Saved us money we'd rather spend on park tickets with the grandkids.
Removing my ex from the deed after our divorce was the last thing I wanted to think about. Found EZ DVC through a recommendation on the DISboards. They knew exactly what to reference in the divorce decree. Painless, professional, done.
Three steps. No surprises.
We've prepared hundreds of DVC deeds. We've designed every step around what DVC owners actually want — clarity, speed, and a Florida-licensed attorney reviewing the work.

Why so much less than a traditional law firm? We only do one type of document for one type of client. High volume, low overhead, no wasted time on discovery — those savings get passed to you.
You also save Disney's $500 Contract Administration Fee
Disney's new $500 fee (effective 2026) does NOT apply to family deed updates where at least one original owner remains on the contract. That's most family transfers. Combined with our flat fee, you're saving $800+ vs. a resale.
We're DVC-only.
And we say no often.
Our flat-fee service works because we've narrowed our scope to what we do best. If your situation needs more than a family transfer, we'll tell you upfront — and point you to someone who can help.
- ✓ Adding a spouse to the deed
- ✓ Adding adult children
- ✓ Removing an ex after divorce
- ✓ Transferring to a family trust
- × Arms-length sales to strangers
- × Foreclosure or contested transfers
- × Complex estate planning

Built for DVC.

EZ DVC is a document preparation service — not a law firm. We prepare your DVC deed using templates we've refined over hundreds of transfers, and a Florida-licensed attorney reviews every single one before it leaves our system. You get the precision of attorney oversight without the hourly billing of a traditional law firm.
The reason we can offer a flat $289 isn't because we cut corners — it's because we've focused on one specific document for one specific customer. We know every Florida DVC resort's condominium declaration, the Orange County recording requirements, and the DVC Member Administration update process by heart.

Is this a law firm? +
No — EZ DVC is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We don't form an attorney-client relationship with you, and we can't give you personalized legal advice about your situation. What we do is prepare your DVC deed using templates we've refined over hundreds of transfers, with a Florida-licensed attorney reviewing every deed before delivery. If your situation needs traditional legal counsel, we'll tell you and refer you to a real estate attorney.
Which DVC resorts do you handle? +
Every Florida DVC resort: Saratoga Springs, Old Key West, BoardWalk, Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge (Copper Creek & Boulder Ridge), Animal Kingdom (Jambo & Kidani), Bay Lake Tower, Polynesian, Riviera, and Grand Floridian. Vero Beach (Indian River County), Hilton Head (SC), Aulani (HI), and Grand Californian (CA) require filings in other states — those are outside our current scope.
What if my situation is more complicated? +
We'll tell you honestly. If your transfer involves a pending divorce, creditor issues, probate, or an arms-length sale, our flat-fee service isn't the right fit. We'll point you to a full-service real estate attorney instead.
Do I still need to update DVC after my deed is recorded? +
Yes. The county-recorded deed is the legal property transfer, but you still need to notify Disney Vacation Club Member Administration so they can update your membership records — names, booking privileges, etc. Our Full Package includes a step-by-step checklist for exactly that.
What about Disney's Right of First Refusal? +
ROFR generally applies to sales for money — gratuitous family transfers typically fall outside it. DVC still wants notification, but doesn't typically exercise ROFR on family gifts. We walk you through it during intake.
What kind of deed will you use? +
Depends on your goal. Most family transfers use either a quit claim deed or an enhanced life estate (Lady Bird) deed. Our team reviews your intake and selects the right type — verified by attorney review before delivery.
How fast can this actually happen? +
Drafting: 3–5 business days. Once you sign with a notary (Florida requires two witnesses), the Full Package adds about a week for recording. Start-to-finish is typically 10–14 days for Orange County filings.
What's your refund policy? +
Full refund if you cancel before drafting begins. Once drafting starts, we issue a partial refund for uncompleted work. Once the deed is delivered, no refund — but it's yours to use.
